Q: This rotating nail clipper is sharp?

The one for finger nails did not work at all and was a waste. I gave it a negative review but never heard from the company. It was the dullest clipper I have ever encountered!

Q: They say the cutting head can rotate 360 degrees - can cutting head and handle be facing you & still cut the toenail? can't reach my toes anymore!

Technically, yes, you can cut from any direction, however... 1) You cannot see to position the cutting head if the cutter is angled beneath the handles, so an offset angle to allow full view is much safer; and 2) There is a lot of flex in the lever handle, and requires a lot of strength to cut, which may make it difficult to maintain the cutter in position for safe cutting. For safe use, you will need to be able to comfortably maintain a position with your hands at your feet, coordinate the cutting head and the lever, and apply the strength to cut. The rotating head makes it easier, but not easy. The rotating head of these cutters also makes it much more comfortable to cut someone else's nails.

Q: Where are these clippers made?

The plastic bag they came in clearly states “made in China.” The concept of the design is good, the results from this manufacturer - -not very good. I’m surprised there are some very favorable comments. I would definitely not buy again.

Q: Does this kit come with a nail file? The pictures do not all include a nail file.
