Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews
I tried white chocolate iced matcha for the first time a couple of months ago at Blank Street coffee and knew I had to recreate it at home. They don’t sell white chocolate syrup in the supermarket, so I was chuffed to find this for a good price on Amazon. The reviews initially put me off, but then I saw someone else saying they used it in matcha and liked it so I went for it. Honestly, don’t believe all the comments about it smelling and tasting awful. It doesn’t. It tastes really nice and definitely has a white chocolate flavour, plus I like that it’s sugar free as I already take a small teaspoon of sugar in my matcha lattes. You could probably find a Monin one that has a richer chocolatey flavour but you’d likely be paying four or five times the price. I only ever have this with matcha so I can’t comment on how it tastes in other drinks, but I bought my bottle two months ago and I’m already almost out and will definitely repurchase, so if you’re thinking about buying it I’d say just go for it!

Great taste
Very tasty sweetener for my coffee and being sugar-free you can use as much as you like however because it’s not dosed it does mean that it’s inconsistent taste to measure. It’s quite watery but it looks good. I found it good value for money.

Tasteless
it doesn’t taste like white chocolate I tried with matcha and only used a little bit very sickly with strangely no taste just very sweet, very runny when previous use of another flavour is slightly more thick consistency

Sickly sweet
A little bit too sweet, almost sickly sweet and no taste of chocolate. Sugar free, smooth, pours well. Bottle fits into cupboard.
