Will all the parts for my celestron - astromaster 130eq newtonian telescope fit in this bag, including the tripod and extra accessories?

I believe it will. I have the 106 and there's quite a bit of room left.

Will celestron nexstar 8 se can fit in it?

It has 2 compartments lengthwise, 40" each side, and my StarSense 32" scope and my 38" collapsed tripod easily fit in, along with a bag for lenses, etc. But it's only a 4" wide aperture, yours is 8". The depth of the case is about 11", so it should fit your scope, but I'm not sure about the mount too.

Can the celestron evolution 9.25 telescope fit in this bag?

My scope has a 130mm aperture and it fits snugly. That's just over 5" diameter. If your scope has a 9" aperture, I am not sure it will fit in this case. You might be able to get the case closed if you placed that scope in the middle, but I suspect it will bulge and not close well.

Will the Nexstar 4SE, mount, and tripod fit in the bag?

The bag is 39.76 x 15.75 x 15.75 inches. You will most likely have to break it down to fit.
