I am 6ft 2, 170 lbs, 31 inch waist. Is S/M long enough?

I'm 6ft, 174 lbs, 31-32 inch waist and it's a pretty good fit. The pants reach the bottom of my ankle but do not touch the ground so it might be like 1 inch shorter on you. I have a friend with a similar build that got the M/L and said it was way too baggy. I'd give the s/m a try first.

If you are over 6ft it will not fit whatsoever. I'm 6ft with the 3xl, and the suit was super tight in the crotch. Any taller than 6ft and it will be very uncomfortable for you. You have been warned ! If I had to guess 6"1 will be tight.
