where can i get motor for this item/?

They recommend turning a servo into the motor, I found that this is more realistic than most I found because it ran slow and not so fast it turned it into a speed boat.

Only kit with running hardware (shaft and prop). No electric motor, r/c, or electrical parts

Does it have a motor battery esc and remote?

The Carol Moran Tugboat does not come with a motor battery esc or remote. Those must be purchased separately if you wish to make it an actual working remote controlled boat.
