Easy Setup
Super easy set up with my Lenovo x1 Carbon gen 8. Everyhting working within 5 minutes. 2 monitors, ethernet cable , wireless mouse, web cam and keyboard. One note about audio. The default setting is the dock so you need to go into sound settings on your laptop and make sure the laptop speakers are the default setting. Very happy

Solved my Windows 11 problem, setup easy.
My old dock finally quit working with Windows 11 (Lenovo said it wasn't supporting Windows 11 for that model). I had a little trouble finding a replacement dock that would work with my old laptop (Lenovo E580) and monitors. This works, it also has USB ports to spare. It was plug and play, no fuss install.

Finally!!! Able to connect dual monitors!!!
We have an older model ASUS laptop, which doesn't have the USB-C Port so we didn't know how we were going to be able to connect to a docking station. Well, after several unsuccessful calls to the manufacturer and Best Buy support, I finally found the answer through a google search and someone who had experienced a similar issue. He recommended this kit and so very happy to say, it worked!!!

Broke after 2 months of use
The dock worked great for about 2 months. Then one day it just died, no power, no nothing. Apparently the 3-year manufacturer warranty ran out in 2022 despite the fact I bought it in 2024. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Works Well with Lenovo, but Limited Compatibility with MacBook
The Lenovo ThinkPad Hybrid USB-C Dock was easy to install and works great with my Lenovo laptop. It responds well, but unfortunately, it doesn’t fully support my MacBook. While it charges the MacBook just fine, it doesn’t display anything on the monitors, which is a bit of a downside. Another minor inconvenience is that occasionally, my Lenovo laptop charges but the monitors don’t display anything. I have to power the dock off and back on to fix it. This doesn’t happen often, but it’s still a little frustrating when it does. Overall, it’s a good dock for Lenovo users, but not ideal for MacBook owners.

BEST docking station, easy to use
This is the top docking station. It's smaller, compact and comes with accessories. There's multiple ports, east to use. It is on the pricier end. I did purchase open boxes items that were more than $100 less than the full price and it came in mint condition.
