Good product. But shipment came from a distance, hence chocolates were melted even after they were with ice pack.

all the chocolates are damaged. all got melted. nothing is there inside to enjoy. we just throwed the whole packet. disappointed.

We love all kinds of chocolates from lyndt. Thermocol box was used to pack the item. But that was not sufficient. We received most chocolates in half- molten and deformed state

Pros- 1. It is well packaged and equipped with 2 liquid pouches that prevent the chocolates from melting. 2. There are 4 types of chocolates and they all taste heavenly: a) Red and yellow - milk chocolate b) Blue - dark chocolate c) Brown - hazelnut 3. The chocolates tend to melt in your mouth Cons- 1. None :P

Many other European brands can contain traces of egg , but this one is completely vegetarian and that's the only solace despite the exorbitant pricing! Let's hope pricing goes down by 50% with India-EU FTA 🤞

Chocolates are melted on arrival and raise complaint to Amazon customer care and she never bothered to come back with return solution. Pathetic service. Don't buy expensive chocolates from Amazon India.
