This product is wonderful! It was given to my sister by her doctor when she was going through chemo and radiation. I had a very bad flare up of my eczema. The prescription steriod ointment was totally useless. This cream is amazing! It calmed the painful itching & burning on contact. I tried to find this in several pharmacies with no luck. Thank goodness for Amazon! I immediately bought several tubes. One was for my use and the others I gifted to family. This product is amazing and a must have for people with skin irritations. It is fragrance free, creamy, non-greasy, moisturizing and soothing all in one.

I struggle with reoccurring rashes on the top of my hands and in between fingers since childhood. Boiron is the choice for creams and other items they produce. Have used this cream for years. Superb consistency, creamy texture and not drippy - thicker than lotion as it should be, but easily worked into the skin. Extremely effective for the use it's intended.

I bought this to help with my peri-oral dermatitis and it does ease the irritation during a flare! The cream is sticky/tacky but it works for my POD when I use it as a base during my skincare.
