Love this book - it is quick. simple and delicious
I love one tin cooking and I often find I get stuck in a rut cooking fish. This book is so easy to use and is packed with ideas on fantastic ways of cooking fish and has increased my confidence to become more adventurous cooking fish. I love the flexibility of the dishes as the author suggests other fish or ingredients you can use instead of the ones in the recipe. I also like that the preparation and cooking times given are realistic and the book really does deliver on on its title. I was inspired to buy the book after I read her Eat pull out and keep supplement in the Saturday Times magazine in September - I have not been disappointed by the book and use it regularly particularly for quick fish suppers midweek.

Lots of good recipes
Well there are lots of good recipes , but very few I can cook. I love all the variety of seafood in this well presented book, but someone else in the house doesn't. So, octopus, squid, clams, mussels, etc. etc. are non starters. I'm left with any salmon, cod, haddock recipes that are dairy free !!! The book is great but you really need to enjoy a wide range of seafood and like dairy products.

Just tried the spice-rubbed squid on grilled tomatoes and was absolutely delicious!
Just tried the spice-rubbed squid on grilled tomatoes and was absolutely delicious! Although I love squid, I've never cooked it before. This was really quick and easy though, and was extremely tasty! Looking forward to trying more dishes

Great Book!
Great Book Great recipes - what's not to like? However, I think that I'm going to get for myself her first book : "Take One Tin", which I gave to a friend, who reports that it's terrific. And, of course, it's a book that I now wish I'd kept for myself!

Easy and Tasty
Just made my first meal from this book and it was absolutely delicious! Grilled mackerel with beetroot, lentils, and mustard creme fraiche. It said it took 20 minutes, and even though it took me 30 it was easy, simple and really tasty. The kind of thing I would never think of doing myself.

Interesting collection of fish recipes
This book is nicely written and photographed. I have a lot of cook books but this book still had a good selection of interesting recipes. The concept of a baking tin is a bit stretched, with some things that you would probably use a saucepan for being done in a baking dish in the oven. Another good feature is that it keeps to the usual fish you will find in the supermarket nothing exotic like turbot etc. Over all this is a useful book to have and I can see lots of things I will cook.

I want to make everything in this book
Very creative, yet easy to make, recipes. There is nothing I would not love to make from this cookbook. To the person who said it was optimized for British audiences what are you talking about?! This is easy as pie to cook from unless you just have an anti-English bias or canโt follow a basic recipe. Super easy to follow recipes for everyone American, English or Australian. Buy it you will love it! The roasted Korean cabbage baked with white fish is incredibly tasty and incredibly easy. It has become a go-to dish in our household.

Disappointing
The recipes are not particularly inspiring, I found them pretty boring. No mention of halibut. Really?

Not a book for this amateur cook
This book seems optimized for European consumers per my review of the entries offerings and related ingredients, weights & measures.
