Very pleased with this heat pad. It's a huge improvement over skinny gel pads. Every gel pad I've ever owned lost what little volume it had originally. Gel pads, in my experience, tend to heat unevenly, are prone to developing leaks when microwaved, are scalding hot when you take them out but then lose heat over just a few minutes. This heat pad is the exact opposite in all respects: it heats very evenly; it's a very comfortable temperature when you take it out, and yet its high thermal capacity means it keeps pumping heat out for a looong time. The fabric looks and feel very nice. Good size, too; I'm using it for a pulled muscle on my back. And it's made by a US small business at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

Good size for larger body areas, and it has a nice weight to it, which helps the heat feel even more comforting. I microwaved it on a plate for extra cleanliness, and it worked great. There is no odor to speak of, just a faint, pleasant scent, and the heat lasts quite awhile. The fabric covering is nice and seems sturdy. I paid a little more for it than some similar products made elsewhere, but I like that it was made in the USA, especially considering it is filled with a natural substance. I would recommend!

This heating pad is wonderful but the fabric is so thin that over time holes are wearing in the fabric. This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased. Perhaps a more durable fabric will extend the life of the heating pad.

The Hot Therapy Relief Pad arrived quickly (same day) and it smells wonderful! It is well made, clean seams and high quality fabric. I appreciate the very clear directions not to over heat it and to make sure the microwave is clean and free of debris prior to heating. It is exactly what I was looking for and helped my muscle pain upon use.

This is well made (I bought the lavender scented version) and quite effective in relieving pain and relaxing tight muscles. Flax seed holds heat better than other "stuffings." The directions for its use as both a heat pack and a cold pack are helpful. This is a high quality product.

I had pinky surgery back in December and still dealing with scar tissue & have been using a diff one with beads in it from the store. Let me just say this is soooooo much better!! So soft and comfortable, warms up nicely and just feels so good on my hand. It is a perfect size to fold in half and put my hand in between, I will also use for other areas as well. 100% recommend & will be ordering more sizes and one for my mom as well.

Have used it for past 2 plus years and love it. Holds heat well for a long time. Highly recommend it.

The bag is only filled half way with the seed, which makes it harder to keep in place and you always have a spot with no seeds touching your body part, so no heat transfer there and it doesn’t stay warm for very long especially on the fleece fabric side, on the smooth fabric side it can get very hot, most of the time too hot and stay hot for a lot longer.
