Delicious!! I drink a lot of water throughout the day so having this to add to my water is perfect!

I was skeptical but I’m five days in and feel more energized but not shaky and my normally voracious appetite and sugar cravings have definitely subsided! It’s not a miracle product but if counting calories or doing low carb/sugar/keto this is definitely a great product to help! Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the taste. It’s overly sweet to the point of a puckered face so I have to use about two or three ice cubes in a tall glass or water bottle when I mix with water and I pace myself with it. I have a light snack late morning and start drinking it around noon and eat a regular lunch around one or two in afternoon and keep drinking it up until around three and I’m set for the rest of the day and not overeating or craving junk and eating smaller portions for dinner. That’s just what’s working for me and to ward off late night snacking. Will definitely keep using it until I lose my goal loss which is 15-20 lbs and I will update it I can reach that within a month or two using this product which I believe I can!

This is my all time favorite of the caffeinated drink mix packets because it tastes good and has a perfect amount of caffeine. I truly feel it helps me keep my weight maintained. It gives me the perfect amount of caffeine without it making me feel jittery. The hydroxycut gives me the strength to make it through my days as a social worker and I rely on the focus and energy it provides me. None of the energy drinks are cheap in my opinion but I have no complaints about the value for the money. This dissolves easily in room temperature 16.9 oz water bottle and is easy to pack in my lunch bag for work.

The product was fine, but honestly the product and the packaging material smelled, really bad. Even my son said that it smelled like poop. We picked it up and brought it inside, and it even made my living room smell. I had to take all of the packaging and the product out of the boxes and throw them all away.

I just started taking this so I can't tell you if it works for weight loss. I will update in a few months on that issue. But there are some things that might be helpful to know. First the taste. From reading the reviews some people said they thought it was horrible and I almost didn't buy it because of that. Well I am so glad I did because I like the taste, a lot! It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. Its sweet, like candy sweet. I drink kool aid every day so maybe that will help someone understand if you like sweet you will like this. If you have the tastebuds of a 7 year old you will love this :). Second, this does not give the jitters but I can climb a mountain with this stuff! Wow on the energy factor! I only do 1/2 a packet in a bottle of water and I'm good to go. I am sensitive to medicines etc so an average person may need the whole packet. I could not imagine taking this more than once a day as they recommend, I wouldn't sleep for a week. Third, It has curbed my appetite, which is what I needed because of all the sweet junk food I eat, and also why I needed to find a diet supplement to begin with! Last, it has not caused any gastro issues (the Hydroxycut gummies did). I hope this helps someone who is on the fence about trying it. Again, I just started so can't vouch for the weight loss but the product itself is worth a try.
