Hello. It's about 88~110 lb. If you are a beginner you would like it. But if you are a professional you may think it a bit easy for you.

Q: From the review video looks way too easy, I mean the pencil arms did it with ease, so what is the resistance amount in pounds?

I can’t tell you the lbs but it’s almost impossible to fully bend on med resistance

Q: How far are you supposed to pull it down? To the table? A video demonstration would be helpful.

I've touched the table with it. however, be careful because if it pops, it pops hard. and your knuckles will pay the price.

Hello, the tension of this product is determined by the resistance of the product spring. Our original design did not have an adjustment function, perhaps it was the result of the buyer's own DIY
