Update: This seller EKSA UAE provided excellent service, I don't see any warranty so I have reached out to seller regarding mic issue, they provided some troubleshooting steps when nothing worked. They actually sent a new headset. Has excellent audio focused mic and sound is good. But now mic is not working after 5 months usage.

I have bought Eksa wireless e1000 wt in December 2025 and after less than 6 months the mic has started to act weird and stopped working on several occasions. After reaching out to customer service, they asked me few questions and then sent me a new pair at their cost. The headset quality is decent and comfortable, the battery lasts good amount of hours but needs to be recharged daily as I sit for long hours. The mic noise cancellation works perfectly especially when you pair it with a software. They could improve battery life as other brands last for number of days and not few hours. But with the price tag and excellent customer services I am extremely happy thus far. I hope the new headset doesn’t break down as well.

I’m a bit confused about this product. Reviews are generally positive, but I feel like I might have had bad luck. From the start, enabling surround sound makes it feel like I’m listening inside a bucket. On normal mode, the sound is okay — not impressive, just decent. What’s more frustrating is the microphone. It was good at first, but within one week the quality dropped significantly and became very poor.

Bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Bequem zu tragen, Sound und Micro sind ok.

I bought these w high hopes because I had a wired pair of headphones from this manufacturer last several years w no issues. They started having issues so it was time to buy a new pair of headphones. Figured it would be nice to be able to get up and refill my water while in meetings w out taking my headphones off. They worked great for 1.5 months, then randomly started losing connection to the dongle, and I am outside of the Amazon return window. Have a ticket open w the manufacturer, if they resolve the issue, I’ll update my review. Otherwise - I do not recommend this product if you are the type that works from home and needs a good set of headphones. It’s really annoying being in meetings and it disconnect so your work machine speakers become default and no one can hear you, then they reconnect and you have no sound for 1-2 seconds, randomly and over and over Update on review- customer service was prompt w responding to me when I reached to them directly. I needed to provide a video of the defect happening, my order number, and id number on box. They immediately sent me a new pair and they work perfect! If they start failing in a few months, I’ll update this again. But as of right now, I am totally satisfied because they sent me a new pair of headphones that I can use while I work
