Amazing for arthritis in my hands!
This works better than the other “joint pain relief” meds I’ve tried. When I take 2 regularly, the arthritis in my hands doesn’t hurt at all. Without this, they ache all the time and the slightest hit on something caused great pain. These things are big and can be challenging to swallow but they work so well that it’s worth it.

Worked for hip pain!
I had hip pain while sleeping on both sides. X-rays didn’t show a problem. Within 3 weeks of using this product the pain went away. Kinda expensive but being able to sleep is worth it!
