Little Over Priced
Got this for my in-the-wall Emerson A/C. The prongs on the drain spout that came with the A/C had broken off and the water was dripping out the corner. Couldn't find an Emerson replacement and finally saw this on Amazon. Measured the opening on my A/C and looked like this would fit. Its longer than the original, but I think that's better. When I went to install it, I saw that the rubber washer was thicker than the one on my original and sure enough, I couldn't get it to stay in. The prongs didn't seem to catch. Took a break and tried again and this time, I pushed in and twisted and boom, it caught. Now why couldn't they just include some instructions on how to install this?Anyway, it's still on there after 2 weeks & is draining all that condensation out. You get 2 of these spouts, but I think its a little over priced at $10.

Make sure it fits
This is not the fault of the connector, but the ac unit i have has a small round hole, and a drain like this will not fit. Deciding if I should drill it a little bigger, or not. Make sure its compatible with your AC.

Products Oring too big
When you go to assemble this product, it will not accommodate the piece of metal it needs attach to. Oring is sized to lock in place only when attached to itself and will not when installed leaving a loose seal due to the design not including the thickness of any metal.

Did not seal
Gasket not thick enough once installed. Leaked. Product should work as it is rotates 90 deg. And locks in place. It rotates and lo ks but sheet metal on bottom af Freddor ac unit is either to thin and different feom others, or seal not thick enough. Bummer.

Poor Quality
Smaller than advertised. Plastic is very soft, so the tabs just wear off instead of mounting it onto the hole.
