The delivery box was intact, however, a large amount of the conditioner was spilled in the plastic mailbag that was inside of the box. The container top was not secure and a lot of the product was wasted.

First let me say I LOVE this conditioner! I use it on my daughter's hair that is loose natural and I use it on my hair (I have locs). It works wonderfully on both our heads and leave my hair feeling soft and moisturized. It came packaged well with the plastic around it like the shampoo in the pic and the box had the air-packaging film so it wasn't bouncing around in the box. I gave 4 stars because the jar was only 3/4 full. It was only full up to where my finger is pointing in the pic which was pretty disappointing. I'm going to drop by one of my local beauty supply stores and see if it's the same. I got it on sale so I'll keep it but if I paid full price I'd probably send it back with that much product missing. Hopefully it's just the manufacturer being stingy and not an Amazon thing.

Finding a good deep conditioner is hard esp for coily hair types. I’ve tried a lot and I’m just not quite fully satisfied. Yesterday my hair was as dry as sandpaper from a new conditioner I tried. I looked on Amazon for a moisturizing deep conditioner. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this brand so I ordered it today for same day shipping. My hair has been restored! Jeez. Like others have said, you can tell the quality as soon as you put it in. And the softness remains when you wash it out. Lots of slip, it really helped me detangle. All I can say is yay! I’m going to try more from this brand. Oh and it really does have a cooling and tingling effect on your scalp.. I hope it helps stimulate growth. It feels like it :)

My hairdresser uses this, so I decided to purchase for myself. Love the fragrance and the tingling sensation on my scalp. I use this as a deep conditioner, and I keep it on for 25-30 mins. My hair is always soft and smooth. It moisturizes really well. I have 4C, relaxed hair.

1 use and I saw a tremendous dif in how soft my hair was.
