It fits mostly everyone, my dad bent the metal sides so his foot can fit, since its not wide, but other then that, it fits fine.

It depends what you're planning on climbing if theres a wall to walk on u dont need the claws really but if its like a tree or somethjng like that get the claws

Yea, you get the three. Climbing a tree though takes some strength and climbing with claw toes and pulling on a rope with claw hands can be challenging. You'll probably use 2 out of the 3 more often than 3. You kinda figure out how to use the items as they are required.
