This ball is wonderful when you have a tension headache and need something to kneed the tense muscles in the neck and shoulders. I place it on a wall and lean into it heavily... It really helps! Also useful if you want to lie on it to break up some back muscle tension (but does that ever hurt initially!). Highly recommend

This therapy ball is perfect, it works great. It not to hard and is a larger size so it is easy to hold and roll. I ordered one and as soon as I knew I loved it I ordered a second one for the car when Im on the go. I had a full knee replacement and this is a great therapy ball for massaging the leg. You will be happy with this purchase.

This ball is perfect for the buttocks area! I wish they had a larger one between this size and a soccer ball as well for the illacus and and the psoas!

This 3.5 " therapy ball is ideal for self use to work out any tight muscles. Ideal for myofascial release in legs, shoulders lower back hips or other large muscle masses. This ball provides a massive amount of shear and grip over larger areas of the body. The dense core and softer out layer allows you to roll deep into large muscle mass. Reommended by my physical therapist, who uses this for physical therapy. I carry this when traveling to work on tight muscles, and long spells of sitting on planes, Nothing like it !

I use this massage ball every day since I received. It’s a little big if lay on the back for back massage but works good on the bed. On the floor maybe too much pressure on your back. Pros: Durable, works great, feels good during and after use, Cons: None.
