Item dwscription says it is 31"x72" but the product details says 31"x84". Again, which is correct?

Mine measures 31 x 72 without any of the attachments...I have not put together the attachments for the head piece etc which may extend the length to 84

I meant earlier to ask if anyone has had luck finding covers that will fit this unique square face cradle? I can't find them anywhere.

Are the face cradle holes compatible with other brand face cradle /rests?

Our products are only compatible with accessories from us. I can not advice you to replace the face cradle with another brand.

Our heater does not work...the table is a little over a year old...how do we go about using the warranty?

For a while my heater was off, and I turned the table around and adjusted the 2 plug connections and was back into business. I assume you might have tried that already? Do call the company directly and get your answer to the warrenty issue! My table is 3-4 years old and other that the 'glitch' I have had no difficulties at all....
