Perfect for porcelain tile floors

I would give this product a negative million stars if I could. This is not safe on all laminates and is not residue free. I have a fairly new Mohawk Rev Wood Premier (almost $6.00 per square foot laminate), I have only used Mohawk Floor Essentials Floor Cleaner on it for 11 months and have had this in other homes for 5 years plus, no issues at all. Mohawk discontinued their flooring cleaner, I had no idea since they say use a laminate cleaner that you were supposed to mop with water only, there is no safe or approved laminate cleaner for Mohawk laminate other than theirs, but they quit making it, how ignorant is this? This is what Bona did to my 5k flooring after only using it a few times, it burnished the wear layer, the warranty is now voided because the only product Mohawk says can be used on the floor is their cleaner that they quit making, Bona sells a separate cleaner to remove this Bona product's residue but they claim it is residue free, and that their customer service response tells people to buy more Bona products to remove the residue that they claim is residue free instead of warning about damage from the residue. I have emailed Bona and gotten no response, surprise, surprise!!! This just makes me sick, I ruined my floor by using this product, the residue build up is very noticeable in some areas, in the right light, my flooring is matte and it is now very shiny, which it is not supposed to do, there is supposed to be no shine enhancer in this, but there definitely is. But, the worst part, is the burnishing where this Bona did something to the wear layer, like degraded it, so please don't use this on your flooring unless you check your warranty brochure first. Mohawk states to only use their laminate cleaner, or water only because other laminate cleaners have chemicals in them that may damage the wear layer. Well, guess what, this is exactly what Bona did to my Rev Wood, so when it says "SAFE FOR ALL LAMINATES", THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. If this saves just one person from ruining their floor, like I did, this review is well worth the time. And, please look at all the one and two star reviews on here about the residue build up which is almost entirely impossible to get back off of your floor, but it is supposed to be residue free, again, not true at all. With so many negative reviews about the residue build up, and that Bona actually sells another product to remove their residue, what does this tell you? It definitely leaves residue. DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT, IT MAY RUIN CERTAIN BRANDS OF LAMINATE, MOHAWK REV WOOD MATTE IS ONE OF THEM!!! And, if you read through the reviews, there are several 4-5 star reviews that mention it left a residue on their floors not including all of the 1-2 star reviews that mention the residue.
