All the vitamins I take are Garden of Life brand, when it comes to health the extra cost is worth it to me. These vitamins in particular seem to work great, I've noticed positive benefits from taking them everyday. I eat an already whole food diet so I will spread the serving of 2 into separate meals throughout the day and making sure those meals have enough healthy fats already so vitamin benefits can be properly absorbed by the body. Everyone is different but I personally can take one of these along with a multivitamin at the same time with some water and have no issue swallowing them. I've never had any bad breath or digestive issues like some other fish oil supplements where you can actually taste if you burp etc. They're easy to use, takes seconds to consume, it is pretty effortless to make as a normal part of your daily routines. I've never had any skin issues probably due to getting an appropriate amount nutrition. Inside home conditions are relatively temperature controlled, so I don't put them in the fridge after opening. I keep mine in a cabinet in the kitchen with all my other vitamins and never had a problem but it's up to you how you want to store them. Anyway, overall, I give these vitamins a 5 out of 5 and plan on continuing usage.

No gross taste if you burp, but if you can't swallow easily, then stick with Ocean's Mom. Love this company and thankful to my prenatal nurse mom and friends for making me aware of them!

I have been taking this product religiously for 2 years now. I am thrilled to tell you that after trying a zillion other products this one is the winner. I was diagnosed in 2001 with a rare illness called Dermatomyositis. After 8 years looking for a cure and trying everything under the sun I took matters into my own hands.
