I used it for a month, it’s not as wide and big or filled like the picture. After a month the inside came out and it burned in the mircowave.

Very disappointing. This is essentially just a microwaveable heat wrap with herbs. It doesn't provide long-lasting heat. The warmth fades quickly, and having to reheat it repeatedly makes it inconvenient. Also, the herbal scents are quite strong and irritating to the eyes, making it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, it's not returnable, so if it doesn't meet your expectations, you're stuck with it.

So, four stars for pain relief because heat can only do so much. But it does absolutely help encourage tense muscles to soften, and invites me to take 10 minutes to relax. (Would be soothing in chilly weather too!) It warms evenly and quickly in the micro (ours is 1000W and it takes about a minute 15). Holds heat quite a while. Drapes with a bit of weight over full shoulder, back of neck and between upper shoulder blades too. The lavender scent is not fake (I HATE fake lavender scent!!) This is light and creamy authentic lavender which is most noticeable right out of the micro and then either dissipates as it cools or I get used to the aroma. Fabric is super soft. Can't find any fault with it. Treat yourself or someone you love!

It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.
