Pelvic Floor Muscle Strengthening Device & Exercise Program for Incontinence & Bladder Leakage

This is my second purchase of this product. I bought it a few years ago and it really helped but then it got lost in a move. I came across it on Amazon so decided to purchase again. I have had a problem with incontinence for a while. Initially I thought it was from having 4 children and that may be true but it got worse with menopause. Anyway it has just been 10 days and already I feel and see improvement. The 5 minute exercises are really great and I think the device just helps me to make the time and focus on the correct muscles. Took me awhile to get used to the device but now it is comfortable. In my first purchase I got a dvd of the exercises but in this one, there isn’t one. Instead you get a code to access the sessions online. I still like a dvd so I emailed the company and they sent me one. I also bought the Natracleanse wash to clean the device but have also used it on my face a couple of times and it actually is really nice. I highly recommend!

The concept is an enigma given its shape, and all the instructions are on a website so you have to be on a computer to use it which for all intentions is a buzz killer.

Nicely packaged product. I have tried both kegelmaster and aquaflex and didn't like either for different reasons.This one has a good look and feel to it but I was skeptical and thought it would just be another waste of money. Basically you fully insert it in your vagina but make sure you don't push it up high and then try to grip it while you do their online exercise routines. It took a bit of getting used to and to hold it in place but it actually is quite effective when used with the exercises. What I didn't realize for a few weeks (because I didn't read the instruction booklet fully) is that they only want you to use the device in one of the 2 daily sessions. So one 5 minute session you use the device and the other you just do the exercises without it. It is a pretty simple and basic product but I think overall it is pretty good if you use it correctly. The instruction booklet is small but good to read it and to watch the introduction videos before you start the program (I didn't and went straight to the exercise videos which confused me at first). I don't experience bladder leakage often but sometimes it happens during a gym class which is embarrassing to say the least but I am sure these exercises are working because my husband and I have noticed it during sex!
