I purchased Heart & Soil Grass Fed Bone Matrix for my mother-in-law, who has COPD, to help support her overall health and strength. I believe this is very helpful to strengthen my bones. I have osteoporosis and I’m recovering from a spinal fracture due to a fall. I take this every day and have for the past 14 months. I will continue to take it.

I'm quite certain that just one bottle of bone matrix was at play for strengthening my teeth. I used to struggle with enamel issues—sharp pain whenever something cold touched my teeth, and under certain lighting, I could even see cracks, which really worried me. But after a few months of invested dental care, I can confidently say the pain is gone, and the cracks are now barely noticeable. My teeth feel harder and fuller.

My bones haven't been the strongest and my doctor says I have to get more calcium. Unfortunately, I don't drink milk or eat cheese so I know my calcium intake levels are low. I'm an avid runner and go hiking quite often. The past year I've felt discomfort during these long hikes in my joints so I looked for something that could supplement my joints and bones. With this, I've already been feeling better on my long hikes and I feel stronger which is the best part. I take a few of these a day now and so far I've had no problems! I highly recommend it.
