I’ve arthritis and tends to inflame and in pain after doing certain chores. With tight grip around my wrist, it usually works and feels better. However, this gloves doesn’t makes any difference to my pain, besides, it gives me discomfort rather than ease of pain. Size is alright. It fits the palm perfectly but around the wrist, it’s slightly loose. I believed, it is as how it is claimed in the product info that it only gives mild compression. It’s not for me
