YES. Caviar is fish eggs and popping boba is made from fruit juices. Big difference

Q: how long does the product last in the refrigerator?

We kept ours for 4 months in the fridge and they were perfectly fine!

Q: I was wondering if all the different colors taste the same or if each color is a different fruit flavor?

I found them to be different flavors. Mango, Strawberry, and Passionfruit.

Q: If I store a 7lb container in the refrigerator, how long can It be kept before it goes bad?

So….according to the vendor’s Q & A section: “Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It’s highly advisable to refrigerate after opening the jar and consume within one week of opening. Never freeze this product.” I love boba pearls but….I can’t go through 7 pounds in 1 week! Others put them in the fridge and it last a couple of months….that’s what I’m going to do….
