How well dows this loom hold its shape while under tension? Im concerned that it will fold up as I tug on the yarn

One of the things I like best about it is that it does fold up and make a more compact thing. When I knitted a 36” X 36” blanket was that I could fold it a bit as I knitted. I like this so much more than the round looms.

How many links or kits will be needed for king size blanket?

According to the KB site, you would need 270 pegs for a king sized blanket. That’s almost 4 kits. I’m making an afghan that’s 139 pegs and it barely covers the top of my queen sized bed. I don’t thing 2 kits would be enough.

Could you get two of these and combine them to make a larger loom ?

Definitely. You can buy as many as you want to keep expanding the loom. There are no limits on width or length of your knit.

FLEXEE looms are awesome

A great choice for loom knitting. Great invention. Very versatile. I like the Flexee line of KB looms for small garments, scarves , hats , slippers, mitts , etc.

Beyond Expectations!

Soooo convenient to use! Especially for designs that need stitch decreases or increases. Great for carrying on the go as well. Just might be my favourite loom, at least for now.
