Incredible. Outstanding cookware
I am studying to become a chef. I needed some good cookware and this was recommended. I am amazed first at the depth of quality. These pots are heavy, very well built. When you pick one up you can feel the quality. The pots cook evenly, at just medium heat-and that is a pleasant surprise, not having to high heat a pan to get it to cook. The heat spreads out very well on each pan, the pans clean up well in the sink, and in the dishwasher. Just be very sure to get them out of the dishwasher as soon as possible or they will spot. These pots are striking to view, they saute', boil, pan fry and deep slow cook just excellent. I am thrilled with them. They aren't T-Fal folks and they aren't cheap-nor the most expensive. I find complete value in them and I am ordering more to complement this set. I highly recommend this line of pots and pans.

Happy 😊 customer!
Very well made cookware...the best I have ever owned. The 5-ply is very nice and definitely thicker and heavier than I expected, but that is a good thing. I have used almost every piece and so far I am very pleased. I properly seasoned the cook wear and they became non-stick. This cook wear is also very pretty. Although it is dishwasher safe, the instructions say that it is best to hand wash to preserve the anodized grey color. That is not a problem for me since they are seasoned, they clean easily with just water. I read a review that said the handles got hot, which is puzzling since I used mine on the cook top on high heat and the handles stayed fairly cool to the touch. I did not need a mitt at all. I have a few 3-ply pieces of another brand that work great, but these are definitely a serious upgrade. I only wish the set had a 12 in skillet. I don’t even see that you can purchase one separately. I would definitely get the 12 in if I could. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. All the pieces were in pristine condition and I am happy to have such a nice set and I look forward to using them.

Incredible cookware set!
First, I have been using this cookware set for the past 6 months. (And they still look bad new!) I absolutely LOVE everything about them. I was the Teflon (non-stick pan) user for years until I did research and discovered how bad non-stick really is!! So this is my first ever "professional" set I purchased. The food cooks to perfection, it's easy to clean (gotta use the stainless steel wool). I purchased "the green pan" so the "healthier" pans for just making eggs, but for almost everything else...I use these pans! I love how the inside is stainless steel and the outside is the darker color- it doesn't drive me crazy about keeping them "spotless" like other stainless steel sets. The only thing I do wish, is that the pot lids can get hot...so just have to use oven mitts...I guess that's the only downfall. I highly recommend these, all-clad is nice but I don't think worth the price tag...these are definitely worth it! Wish I got them sooner.

Quality stainless
I find this cookware easy to use and cook with. Proper technique needs to be followed to prevent sticking as with all stainless. It’s very good quality. Being induction capable, it is quite heavy. My only dislike is the outer, anodized finish. They look great brand new but the finish scratches and stains easily. I am not too concerned with the looks of my cookware but I would have definitely returned these for the stainless finish if so. At the time I purchased, these were on sale for much cheaper than the stainless outer finish so that is why I stuck with these. Don’t choose these if you are particular about the look of your cookware. At the end of the day, they still function perfectly fine and that’s what matters to me.

My new favorite cookware!
I received this set and immediately seasoned each pan individually by heating each pan for 2 minutes on high heat then I added coconut oil and evenly spread it around the entire inside of the pan including the sides and top edges. I continued the high heat until the oil started to smoke. Then I turned the heat off and allowed the pan to cool completely. Once the coconut oil was solid and the pan was completely cooled, I used paper towels to wipe the excess oil out and then used more paper towels to bring the metal to a mirror shine. Once this is completed and you can see your reflection in the metal, your pan is seasoned and ready to cook in. I seasoned mine 3 times before cooking in them to be certain that they were ready. I then used the small frying pan and made sunny side up eggs and corned beef hash. The sunny side up eggs slid out of the pan and I didn’t even add oil! They were perfectly made as if from a restaurant! I have never been able to do this in coated non stick pans! I have made them but they were always runny around the yolk and I would have to add water to get them completely cooked! Not in these pans! They cooked evenly and quickly. To clean up, I just used a warm wet wash cloth and wiped the pan out. You don’t use soap in a seasoned pan unless you want to season it again. These are awesome pans! Make sure you don’t put them up wet. I put mine back on the burner after they are rinsed until they are completely dry. If you put them up wet as with any metal, they will rust.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY
I wish I could give 0 stars and return these!!! Awful customer service!! And poor quality pots/pans!! I spent several hundred dollars. I cooked a simple batch of scrambled eggs, not at a high heat, not without proper use of the pan, and they stuck to it. I haven’t been able to clean it completely since. I’ve followed all instructions per the pamphlet within the box, but nothing has fixed it. I’m very disappointed after paying such a high amount for these. Additionally, some of them came with scratches/chips already in them. I called the customer service number and was told to send an email. Sent multiple emails before obtaining a response with a lecture on cooking properly (which I did btw) and that I could send the scratched ones back. Well, I was told over the phone I would be able to receive new ones so I missed the deadline to return awaiting a response from emails. Money wasted for the worst pots/pans I have owned! DO NOT BUY! My calphalon pans were great. They were just heavy, which is not a bad thing, but I just wanted something a little lighter for me personally. All I wanted to do is replace a few of them, saw these, and thought maybe they’d be a good investment. Couldn’t be more wrong!

Patience rewards
I am embarrassed at how many cookware sets I looked at, read reviews on. Ultimately I am quite pleased (so far) with my choice. I wanted 18/10 Stainless steel, but I know that I am too OCD to handle the inevitable stains that will not come off and bother me to see each time I use the pan. (ask anyone who ones stainless, they stain!) But I didn't want teflon. I love the stainless interior and the stain resistant charcoal exterior pots & pans. They aren't too heavy, the handles don't heat when I stovetop cook. I've only had them less than a week, but I'm happy so far. What I wish I had known was that you must be home to sign for these, not per UPS, per the shipper. It was a major pain to finally get these and I would have liked that as an opt out option.

Best pots and pans ever
These are the nicest pots and pans I’ve ever used. Unlike cheaper sets in which only the bottoms are multi-ply, these are multi-ply up the sides too, which means they heat evenly and keep things hot longer even when off the heat. They clean in a snap, look nice enough to go right to the table for a casual meal, and are generally a pleasure to use. Wish I’d spent the money on them years ago as I expect they’ll last me the rest of my life (I’m in my 30s so that’ll hopefully be a good long while).
