Simple, low-tech way of inflating your air mattress, without running out of breath. I typically use it as the bag for the mattress to save some space and weight when backpacking.

I saw tests of this air pump bag on YouTube. Even compared to the fastest newest electric air pump took over 3 minutes to inflate the UL80-bed. This took about 17 seconds and inflated the mattress fuller and firmer than all the electric air pumps tested. Imo this is much more practical to use than an electric air pump as an electric one is an electric pump can break easily or not be waterproof. The unit could crap out and you're stuck!! I prefer this and recommend this air pump sack as in a rain storm this will inflate a bed faster than an electric one. And it's lightweight, only 8oz. And the other pumps don't inflate the ul80 mattress to a full or firm capacity. Or the other trekology air hiking or any other hiking or emergency use inflatable mattresses. This is an easy-to-use and versatile product. This can be used for storage of certain items like clothes, etc. Great value for the money!

This product works on my exped air mattress!! I found it a little stiff and hard to get a full bag full of air but still happy with it and the quick delivery!!

First I thought 30L was too big of a bag and contemplated getting a 10L. This is the right size, it inflated the mattress in 5 to 7 pumps (depending how much air I was able to fill the bag) and the construction material seems durable enough so that I can use it to hang my food or even use it as a pillow or even better to elevate your feet while asleep. I haven't tried using it as a sitting cushion but that's possible as well.

This product works as advertised and seems reasonably made. But it is really overpriced. It could work as a dry bag, I suppose... maybe... But, really, the only thing most people are going to use this for is to inflate their sleeping pad. This works well for that. I needed it right away for a trip, so I bought it. But, yeah, I knew the price was unreasonable. My experience with the product has done nothing to change my opinion.

Nice heavy duty inflation bag that would double as a waterproof storage sack in a pinch. Since it is made of somewhat heavier fabric it is a little tougher to inflate to the maximum size than a lighter weight material but at least it's rugged.

I had a small manual hand pump made by REI brand. Been used for many years, I get tired at the end of the day for long backpacking hikes. This large size waterproof air bag is awesome for camping pad and I used for clothes stuff sags and night time used for pump, one night used as soft pillows. It works very well, soft material and I can adjust air to make pillows cover it with my puffy jacket. 👍

I ordered the set of Trekology UL80 sleeping pad + Aluft 2.0 pillow + 30L pump sack bag. Upon receiving it, I tried the pump sack with my UL80 Trekology sleeping pad. PROS: - It's better than using my lungs. It takes me about 40 blows from my lungs to fill up, but only 15-20 pumps from the sack. - The material seems sturdy, with thick fabric and a rigid top opening. - It can be used as a 30L waterproof stuff sack. CONS: - The thick fabric and rigid top limits the amount of air captured in the bag for pumping. Videos I've seen of more flexible bags seem to hold more air volume. - It would be better if it was built like a tube or have only one seam. Current design is two fabric halves glued together with a seam that goes around the sides and bottom, which is less durable / more prone to failure. - The seam width is inconsistent in my unit. Most of the seam is 3/16' (4-5mm) wide, but in some places the seam goes down to 1/32' (1mm) wide. FAILURE: While blowing air into my pad for the first time, I felt a draft on my legs and assumed that it was user-error and that I wasn't closing the roll-top correctly. But the real reason was that there were two big holes: one at the bottom corner and one on the side. As I inspected the seam, it had two other smaller holes where the seam was narrower. CONCLUSION: Although the fabric is thick, the seam between the two fabric halves either came undone or wasn’t glued properly. So now the bag has 4 holes that leak air, rendering the pump sack not fully usable as a pump sack. I believe the failure points have appeared where the bag is folded from factory for packaging/shipping. I'm not confident in the quality control or build quality of this product (30L pump sack) and can't recommend it.

This does what it's designed to do but I'm a bit worried about the quality of the fabric. It's very light and seems like thin material so I'm not sure how long it will last. The output port connects perfectly to the UL80v2 sleeping mat and it's much better than blowing it up by mouth or having to carry the extra weight of an electric pump and battery. It took about 6-8 pumps of this bag to fill the sleeping mat which is good considering how thick the Trekology UL80 mat is. The output port connects back onto a connector built into the bag so it would probably work as a dry bag as well. Overall, once this one stops working I would buy another one.

Acheté pour faire un trek et limité le poids. Non seulement il est léger, solide, pratique mais en plus on peut ranger plein de choses dedans. Pour le gonflement c'est hyper simple

So simple and works a treat - inflating a mattress has never been so easy and quiet! The mattress is well made, comfortable and easy to use. The one negative thing is that the mattress ‘rustles’, this maybe simply because it is new.
