Gives such good flavor & body to what I cook.
I’ve learned to not salt when using the flavor enhancer. Try using with chicken broth for a kale or beef soup…Exquisite!!!!

Jar leaked.
Check jars on receipt. I placed box into cupboard and removed one jar at a time. When I took out the last jar it was practically glued to the inside of the box due to leakage. The jar had to be discarded. Unfortunately the return date had passed. The product itself is great. Shipping not so good.
