I absolutely love these freeze-dried raspberries! They have such a bold, tangy flavor that’s way more intense than I expected. The texture is light and crunchy, which makes them perfect for snacking straight out of the bag, or adding to smoothies, yogurt, or even baked goods.

Purchased for a coconut lemon raspberry cake. I made these into a powder for Italian Buttercream- great flavor and color. Flavor held up and maintained its own with the lemon and coconut.I noted some reviews complain that they crumble in the container. Yep. They are raspberries. Raspberries are very delicate. But, I was surprised how many remained whole!They seem pricey but we're the perfect thing for my cake so I will order again.

I have purchased these freeze dried raspberries for my 99 year old mother. Her teeth are fragile, but she loves the flavor and, being freeze dried, they are easy for her to nibble on. Good snack between meals.At this age, she says, ‘Meals are all about the condiments!’ You can take the blandest of foods and spice it up with a liquid flavor (lemon, lime, etc.) and it’s wonderful.She likes the tang of the raspberries. Doesn’t take much to be satisfying.

I like this raspberry product. I pulverize it in my food processor to add to French meringue cookies. I only give it 4 stars as there is a very faint bitter aftertaste

Fabulous product! Purchased to bake with in my breads. One of the only ones that I found online where the only ingredient was just raspberries. Came packaged well and raspberries were still whole.

Raspberries were meant to be freeze-dried. Not because they're so perishable when fresh (although that too), but because their cell walls are so damn fragile that when they hit water, they rapidly dump their ENTIRE flavor, fragrance, and flavonoid payload. Straight out of the bag, their tart tanginess will hammer your tongue like all-natural Warheads.Crushing a single berry into 8 oz of fresh lemonade is a refreshment game-changer; two and you'll be in the luscious pink lap of luxury. I put seven into a 40-oz thermos and cured my Sonic strawberry limeade habit overnight. The berry fragments turn completely albino after a couple hours in there, but that just means it's working.

Good quality. Nice to have in pantry. Reasonable price.

I like the taste, used it for baking cookies. Great product but very small bag for price.
