Works fine for me, buying another.
I like this monitor, and no problems so far. I bought it for my wife, however she did not like the way it handled her old legacy games, so I took it. I was running 2 Samsung 2494 monitors of of 2 GEforce 1660ti cards, and although I could have used the split screen capability on this one, I am spoiled, so I am just going to buy another. One thing I did have to do is adjust the text size in Windows (v 10, 20H2) to 150%, since the icons and text were extremely small, and my apps were basically squared and centered in the middle of the screen. That little adjustment fixed that. Other that that, no black holes, crisp, fast display, color looks good, although I am no graphic designer, just a normal user that plays some games, but that is about it.Adding a bit more, since I don't think some techies out there like love letters. There are a couple of things to keep in mind with this monitor. First, no docs. Not too bad of an issue, until you get to the second problem, which is the fact that all of the controls are on the back, bottom, left side. There are no front panel controls. This was not an issue for me, as it worked right out of the box, however if you wish to use the embedded split screen software or modify the monitor settings, reaching around the back and playing with a 1 inch omni directional button could be a pain. Next, the power. Forget the days of old when we could just use a standard computer power cable. This baby comes with a power block (that is nicely designed, fit into the UPS without blocking any other outlets), and a round plug for the monitor. I THINK it reaches about 6 feet. Keep that in mind.Next, the stand. Unlike my Samsung 2494's, the stand on this one does not seem to be quite as solid. I am not complaining, but I guess I am used to rock solid stands, and not legs that come out 3 inches in front of the monitor.Last thing to watch for/take care of. Sound settings. On my system, it set the monitor as the default sound device. It took a sec to correct everything, but watch for it. Hope this helps.

Good introduction to widescreen
PROs: Clear, bright, and wide. Great for office work and other multitasking.CONs: Rear power and setup button. No software included to manipulate screen layout. I tried watching a movie and playing a game at the same time and it's like having two square-shaped monitors. The skill buttons in the game are all squished in and on top of each other. It's not as enjoyable, and that's what I meant with it being a "good introduction to widescreen." that if going for widescreen, perhaps it's better to go even wider, like a 42". I will probably upgrade to that size next year. Some Workaround: I installed Microsoft PowerToys and played around with the screen layout using the FancyZones feature. Although, I'm still bummed out at the lack of ability to maximize the screen into it's alotted section in the layout. Every screen displayed is in browser/window mode.

Very please with the choice.
I wanted a larger monitor, since I’m taking online classes. I’m very happy with this monitor and how I can have many windows open at one time. I didn’t rate gaming, because I’m not using it for that.

Love the resolution
Use it with 2 laptops--work and personal. You have to reach under/behind it to switch inputs, otherwise its super.

Defective, Seller charges a 20% restocking fee and shipping for return of a defective monitor!!!
IT SIMPLY does not function. The monitor is blank even though my multiple computers detect the monitor. The seller -- Galaxy Express Deal -- makes me pay for return shipping of a detective item. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.When the refund came, I noticed that a 20% restocking fee was charged.

This is not a curved monitor
This monitor has a good quality to the screen but it is NOT a curved monitor. If you're thinking of purchasing this for a work computer and intend on opening, viewing and working in multiple windows, this isn't the monitor for you. Because it isn't curved, it isn't possible to see 10-15% of the work area on the edges.
