Will this bend pipe without damaging it?

We bend the solid steel 3/8x3/8 so I'm not sure if damaging or not.

Are both the scroll and radius bender included or do those have to be purchased separately?

Yes, both the scroll and radius bending dies will come with the machine.

Can i bend a 3 inch wide aluminum flat sheet of .125inch thickness

Yes and no 6061 will break not bend .it will bend 3031 with ease
