A Fantastic compact scanner
This is a fantastic device. The software takes a while to setup but once done, it works well via WiFi. I am using it on a Mac and there are no compatibility issues and it really does 'change your life'. It significantly speeds up admin of multiple document scanning etc. I have scanned bundles of A4 documents (double-sided) with ease as well as receipts of various sizes. The 'scan to email' and 'scan to folder' options are great. It is small, compact and sleek. A worthwhile investment thus far.

Excellent scanner
Well I bought it 3 weeks ago and 1000 sheets scanned so far and I am very happy. It scans a 100+ sheets at a time, no issues. It even handles water damaged documents without too many issues our offices were destroyed by a tornado a year ago, and I have still managed to scan in the water damaged documents. Wish I had done this before. As others have said the installation of the software/scanner was faultless, and dead easy. I would highly recommend this for scanning large amounts of documents.

A very nice piece of kit
The scanner seems to do what it says on the label. Fast, quiet and the on board software works well. Haven’t tried everything yet but don’t expect issues.

EASY SET UP AND TO USE

Useless device for anything but a very very basic scan
Avoid - simple answer here I purchased this to replace my previous 8 year old ScanSnap that worked flawlessly until the "built in obsolesce" killed it. I replaced with this new latest version - what a disaster 2 hours of my life wasted - does not do what I could do in the old scanner - scan to a folder - end - no pop up and so on......just scan as individual files.....perfect !!! This new one.....not a chance....repeated - sign up to cloud for more features..... - what ? seriously? why ? And the final straw......put in 17 pages "An unexpected error occurred" - see picture Repeated the 17 pages.....same error, closed doen scanner and powered off and powered on and repeated and same error reduced pages to 6 ! (yeah - I took a chance......) it worked Did it again.....with 6 pages - "An unexpected error occurred" Tried 5 more times......same error What a POS

J'ai acheté ce scanner dans le but de dématérialiser mes documents professionnels et je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon achat. Très rapide et fiable, deux qualités essentielles pour mon utilisation quotidienne. Sa capacité à scanner une variété de formats différents le rend très polyvalent. J'étais sceptique au départ sur le logiciel fourni ... et au final ce dernier fonctionne parfaitement sur mon iMac, ce qui facilite grandement le processus de numérisation et de gestion des documents au quotidien. En termes d'installation, le scanner est véritablement plug and play. Sa mise en place est d'une simplicité remarquable.
