Can you replace the stabilizers?

In principle, yes. However I just tried to do so, using the ZugGear/Durock plate mounts, and the sockets in the plate were far too tight to install the new ones. I actually ended up damaging a couple of housings in the process. 😕 Let me know if you find some replacements that fit!

Sorry if this is super obvious, but does this come with Windows and Mac keycaps?

It came with both. You also switch the keyboard from Mac to Windows Mode. If I recall correctly it arrived in Mac mode.

How long is the cable that comes with the keyboard? And can a longer cable be used without compromising functionality?

It’s about 2m and is a pretty standard USB-C cable with a USB-A adapter on one end. You could use any suitable USB-C cable that is long enough for your needs. I don’t use the cable that came with it, instead I use a 1m USB-A to USB-C cable so I don’t have a lot of extra wire on my desk.
