Not only this item dose not resemble the original one I paid for but even the very faucet does not match the one on the picture of the product box!

I've got my iSpring reverse osmosis system 6.5 years ago and so far very happy with it. Same time, my kids made a toy out of the old faucet every time they've been washing their hands in the kitchen - so for a good while it is leaking. The day has come to buy a replacement one and to my surprise it's not the same, but better! 1. It's a bit taller but in fairness the faucet tip is at the same level, so no difference in sense of practicality. 2. It is thicker, feels more robust by all means, including turning 360 degrees, opening and closing the water flow (very smooth) and also, the faucet itself sits very well inside it's wider base, so that it does not seem to bend even after quite strong, controlled pressure. It means there is a good rubber seal there and the faucet sits deeper inside. This is good as you don't want to accidentally bump some dish into it and make it leak. In fairness, time will show, as my kids will be the best (or worst?) haha quality testers. I will keep the review updated on that. 3. I went for the chrome one and despite not a priority for me, but it looks great and really premium. 4. Connectivity is super easy and so are the instructions. So even if you never did it before, don't worry, with a bit of time but you can manage it. Despite not being very cheap, once you get the product and start using it, you quickly conclude that it is definitely great value for your money. I can definitely recommend it. Hope this helps a bit. Good quality and easy to install.

I ordered this filtered water faucet as it matched my main water faucet in the kitchen. It was very easy to install with quick connects. A nice touch is that the quick connect adapters come with a locking clip so you can't accidentally release the tubing. I have used many quick connect adapters in the past and this is the first one which cam with those safety clips! Once installed it looked great and seemed to function well. However, i noticed that it was slightly dripping when fully closed. As there can be air trapped in the tubings during installation I did let the water run for a long time to be sure there was not air trapped. But it was still leaking slightly. I suspected a defective cartridge. I contacted the seller by email and explained the problem with pictures. Francis replied to me suggesting to first check for air trapped. I confirmed that I had already checked that. He then said he was sending me a replacement unit. I was expecting to receive a new valve but he actually sent me a complete brand new unit! I received it quickly and installed it. Again I did let water run long enough to remove any air trap and I checked: no dripping anymore, problem solved! I am quite impressed by the customer receive this company provides. I did not have to argue , the process was easy and very friendly. I gave 5 stars as, after replacement, the product works perfectly. It looks quite good and, next to an expensive main water faucet, this little relatively inexpensive filtered water faucet looks like the little brother with no difference in visible quality! I am very happy with my choice of this unit!

Excelente producto. Sin problemas de instalarlo. Sin fugas. Llevo varios meses utilizándolo y conserva el cromado.
