These HexClad nonstick pans were a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves these pans and how they evenly cook. These pans are. Heavy duty and are high quality. They are easy to clean and are worth the investment. As soon as he started cooking with these pans it became clean that these pans would last a long time. We actually tossed out our old beat up pans and will only use HexClad. At first I thought they were pricy but after using them they are worth the money.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 12-Inch Frying Pan with Tempered Glass Lid is absolutely worth the price. I’ve wasted a lot of money on other pans in the past, and if I had found this one sooner, I would have saved myself so much frustration and cash. The quality is outstanding—it heats evenly, the nonstick surface truly works without peeling or scratching, and the stay-cool handle makes it comfortable to use. I also love that it’s dishwasher-friendly, oven-safe up to 900°F, and works perfectly on induction as well as my other cooktops. On top of that, the seller responded to me right away, which gave me extra confidence in the purchase. Overall, this pan has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

I love this griddle! It's stickless, washes easily, and it very nice to use. Hexclad is the best invention yet for ease in cooking.

This pan is advertised as induction ready and non-stick. Both are lies. The burner on my induction cooktop does turn on using this pan but I don't think it is making a good connection because it makes horrible humming/squeaking noises that are loud enough to disturb people in the other room. It also does not distribute heat so one spot in the center is hot and the rest is barely warm. Also everything sticks on it. I cooked thin sliced steaks on it using a thin layer of cooking oil and it stuck to the pan do bad that the stead tore instead of picking up. Now that spot is permanently brown- it won't come off. This pan was expensive so I expected much better quality. I have had an induction cooktop for almost 10 years and have many pots and pans for it that cost way less and work so much better. I do not recommend this Griddle, it's awful.

This griddle is worth every cent!! However, I did buy it on sale. It is perfect. Cooks extremely well on mid to low heat. Clean up is a breeze. I use it almost everyday. It is heavy, durable and attractive on my stove top. I purchased the 18”.

I purchased a HexClad set directly from their website during the COVID-19 pandemic, after having repeatedly replaced cheaper brands like T-Fal every year or two. Those pans would always look terrible after a short time, and I’d end up buying a new set for around $30. However, I can confidently say that the HexClad set I bought in 2020 still looks almost brand new. They heat evenly, hold up well, and clean up beautifully. I’ve found that a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a green scrubber work wonders on them, bringing back their shine with minimal effort. My only tip is to season them with oil during the first dozen uses. Simply wipe a small amount of olive oil onto the surface with a paper towel after each use, and over time, they’ll develop a naturally non-stick surface. While a few foods still tend to stick (as they do with most cookware), the seasoning helps make the pans much more resilient and easier to cook with. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the durability and performance of HexClad. It's been a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone tired of constantly replacing cookware.

Very slick, when you follow the guide for seasoning the result is a super non-stick surface that requires two utensils for the average person to keep food from sliding off the edges. The griddle has very good heating properties, and is mostly even heating in the center of the pan on long edge. The edges about 1.5 to 2 inches from each edge heat and cook but not as hot as the center section. Also, its very very slightly rounded or higher in the middle so that all the oil/grease runs to the outside, and since the edges are not as hot, this prevents that oil/grease from burning while cooking to completion. I’ve used it at least 8 times since buying and like the fact that I can cook 8-10 strips of bacon at one time. Cooking tuna steaks on it was great and they cooked to perfection. Timing completion of meat cooking and then starting eggs, with no change in temp, was a breeze to get both done at the same time. Follow the instructions! You don’t need as much heat on this griddle as with frying pans!
