My wife is pregnant ๐คฐ
We got married in late November 2023 and I relocated to London in late September 2024 leaving my wife back home. But before I relocated to London, she had never conceived for 10 months before I relocated. Coming to London, I began my research for good supplements for wanting mom. I came across OVUM, and I did lots of research. And I saw a good number of positive reviews. I bought the first one, sent it to my wife. She started taking it on the 6th of December 2025. On finishing the first bottle, I arrived in Nigeria for my holiday with the second bottle of the supplements. We made love on the 4th of January and as you can see from the lab test result, it shows POSITIVE. MY WIFE IS PREGNANT. THE SUPPLEMENT IS AMAZING. IT WORKS. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

Helped improve embryo quality
Started taking ovum (along with an extra dose of CoQ10) between my two IVF cycles. My first cycle (before ovum) I got two very average embryos which resulted in a miscarriage and one complete failure to implant. After 5 months of taking ovum I had another cycle, exactly the same amount of eggs but now three top quality embryos and I am now 20w pregnant with the first one that was transferred. Could it be luck? Possibly! However, the only thing I changed between cycles was my supplements! Highly recommended for all ladies who are trying to conceive and in particularly those going through IVF.

Love these!
I'm 35 years old and trying for baby number 5! We have 4 children aged 16, 13, 9 and 3. My periods had changed and I believed that I was heading towards perimenepouse! My bleeding became really light and periods only lasted 2 days. I started taking these and after 3 months (3 bottles) my periods went back to normal! Heavy bleeding, 5 days long and normal consistency. I then went to see my Dr and through a blood test it was confirmed that I had ovulated. My progesterone level was at 80 which the dr said was really good. I know for a fact that these tablets have helped. I'd also like to say that my hair has become thicker and nails stronger. Before my nails were brittle and hair thin. Getting pregnant takes time anyway, it took me 18+ months to conceive with my last 2 children. We've been trying for baby number 5 for 12 months now, after taking these I'm positive that we will have a baby. Before taking these I lost all hope! Please hang in there, I know these capsules are expensive but I truly believe they're worth it. My only negative about these would be that if I take them without food I get a tummy ache and your urine will smell strong! A little chemically! Other than that I'm more than happy ๐ I will edit once I get good news ๐ Edit: Hello ladies, I've just found out that I'm pregnant. I took nearly 4 of these bottles and it helped me. Me and my husband are over the moon. I was half way through my 4th bottle when I found out that I'm expecting. I truly do believe that these tablets helped me.

Great for hormonal balance
I have been taking these for a few months and decided to take a break due to personal reasons. They have been amazing for reducing my PMS symptoms- mood swings and made my period heavier which I feel was a good sign. I felt my immune system was good and since taking a break I have been more run down. I may come back to these but it felt excessive taking 3 tablets a day (even though you can space them out) and they are pricey. I may revisit but I am going to try another brand in the meantime.

Not for everyone
If you're like me, you might be finding the lack of control TTC difficult: I'm willing to try anything, firstly because I desperately want this baby, and also tbh because I want to feel like I'm proactively doing something to help. The reviews for these are amazing - they're marketed as a wonder of science and there are so many reviews from people who got pregnant or improved their cycle. I've been taking ovum for about a month and a half. I'm currently thinking I'll cut down to one a day, and might stop completely. Here's why: Since starting ovum I've felt sick most of the time. For me that's not a reason in itself to stop. I've also felt mentally not right - more anxious and down than usual, just like I get the day before my period. I've been getting light cramps right through the month too. My usual 29 day cycle was 27 days last month (first month taking ovum), and my period went from 8 days down to 5 - I appreciate 5 would be what most people have but it's the shortest period I've ever had. I've got a friend who's TTC. She started on proceive a few weeks before I started on ovum. She's had changes in her cycle too just had her period start at 9 dpo. So it's not just ovum - fertility supplements in general can negatively impact your cycle. I'm not saying not to take these, hopefully they'll work for you. But here's a few things to consider before you try them: The vitamin D in these is right on the limit of what you can safely take. Too much vitamin D is dangerous. I was once prescribed vitamin D as I was low, and the prescription dose is less than this. If you take these don't take any additional vitamin D or calcium supplements at the same time. The doses of N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) are very high. These are doses used therapeutically for women who have pcos. I think this is what's affected my cycle. Basically - they affect your hormones. If your hormones were fine then messing with them can be bad, as I feel it's been for me. They contain high doses of B vitamins - these can make some people feel off generally, and I think that's also possibly been the case for me. The hardest thing for me is that I've no idea - maybe these are just side effects and the vitamins are actually helping, or maybe they're doing me harm. I feel like at this point they're doing more harm than good which is why I'm going to cut down and see how I feel (if like me you're thinking of just taking one a day, make sure you take some extra folic acid too). After much research, I'm going to try doing this hormone balancing smoothie every morning instead: Kefir, water, 15ml evoo, fruit (berries during follicular phase, bananas and pineapple during luteal phase), broccoli sprouts, brown mustard seeds (quarter teaspoon - you don't taste them!), seeds according to seed cycling (flax and sunflower during follicular phase, sesame and pumpkin during luteal phase). There's a lot of fibre in this so start with a smaller quantity and build up to allow your tummy time to adapt. If I could go back in time, I would have started with the smoothies and added in the vitamins after 3-4 months if I wasn't pregnant yet. Hope that helps, and hope you find what works for you โค๏ธ
