Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GB Cloud Navy Dual sim (sim+esim) (Renewed)

Was initially hesitant to buy as the listing gives conflicting information stating 5G in the title, but 4G in the drop down details under "connectivity" and giving no information on a model number anywhere, but bought anyway as 5G wasn't a priority for me. Immediately checked the specs after transferring form my previous phone (same brand, same seller via Amazon refurbished) and found out that it is 5G, 6GB RAM is accurate, wifi connectivity was fine & the battery health was marked as "good" in the specs app, after charging the phone to 100%, doing a full smart switch transfer from my old phone and a further 24 hours of fairly regular use, it is still at 62%, so the charge life is decent. The phone itself was physically in good condition as well, no scratches or marks and a good quality screen, no issues setting up fingerprint.Only slight issue is that the phone is a US model, (indicated by the U in the model number) which has a few compatibility issues as most repair shops don't carry US parts & I have run into multiple issues with shops SAYING they do, then performing the repair with UK parts, resulting in a damaged antenna, motherboard, case or sim tray compatibility.If the listing stated it was a US model, I wouldn't have bought it due to the problems this causes when repairs are needed.

Okay, so, the reason I've been holding back on reviewing this product, is because my belief is, never give any electronic device five minutes before telling the world what you think. I will make this short.I bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE as an upgrade to my previous mobile, which was also a Samsung. The speedy delivery arrived before my new sim card from my Mobile Phone Operator did, and the set up was pretty easy, considering that one special tool you get to "Eject" the MicroSD tray can sometimes snap. It happens, don't worry.First Boot Up can be daunting, depending on which installed guide you use. For the S20 FE, the guide is simple; select your language, your country and all the rest of the basic questions and your phone does the rest - just don't forget to enter your Wi-Fi Password that opens up all the features.I have to say I went for the 128GB internal memory version, which has a 254GB additional SD storage for my music. With the size of the internal memory, updates tend to clutter and cause lag, so everything that could be transferred, I transferred it to the "External" SD card. I also went for the blue back, not that it effects the memory.Buying this over 18 months ago now, I have found no fault with this model whatsoever. The "Over-Charge" function keeps my phone from overheating or putting excessive "Over-Charging" that wares my battery down quicker. With a top end reliability tag I put on this, my consideration in buying a second S20 FE is firmly stuck in my mind.Booting up is fast - unless you have an update - it doesn't overheat when I play games for less than 40 minutes, but these are big games that need a lot of juice. Apps are good, though there are many that I either uninstalled or "STOPPED" (as far as I know to date, none of them have ever started up). And as for BIXLY I love it. All I can say is, there are some things that BIXLY doesn't know, but he sure hates SIRI.The slim, almost wafer-like build of the phone is good for Flip Phone Covers, in my opinion, as sitting on one of these would be game over and needing a new screen. The S20 FE is light, too, something that certain other phone makers seem to be working their way backwards on. But, of course, the phone being this light, it would be very easy to drop it or to have it knocked out of your hand in a crowd.As mentioned, the "Over-Charging" restriction on this phone isn't the only great feature to do with power. From Red-Zero battery power to Fully Charged, the phone takes around 50 minutes, using a 3.0 Universal Power Lead in a normal plug socket with USB adapter.This phone is amazing. I love it, but after 18 months - 2 years, I think its time to get another. As the saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it. In this case, if your happy with the product and after this time you can get one the same, then go with your instincts, or test the water and get the upgrade. Highly recommended.One thing I have to add, and that is concerning the price of this phone. I bought it at £149 New, though it could be more, it could be less. To some people the S20 FE is a basic mobile phone, to people who own, or who have owned an S20 FE, they are very much more than basic. The HD is immersive, sound better than good through the speakers, while the quick media switching indicates it has a quick refreshing processor onboard. So, fast, efficient, reliable and a perfect gateway to the internet. With KNOX added for security, what other reassurances do you need?

Don't buy. If I could leave no stars I would. I bought it in February and it's so unreliable I've just had to buy a new phone. Battery charge hardly lasts any time at all, sometimes it will charge sometimes it won't and the worst bit is it keeps coming up with a message to say there is no sim and therefore I can only make emergency calls. Not very helpful for a mobile phone. I certainly would not purchase again and would strongly recommend that you don't either.

Great device but disappointing that this seems to be the only model in the S20 that doesn't support eSim. Very annoying. Also the screen has cracked very quickly so is super fragile. Even with a supposed heavy duty protector and case.Apart from the above, the device is quick and has everything I could ever need speed and tech wise (except eSim!) Which will probably be the only reason I upgrade this phone.

Great phone. Great camera. Good size. Tall,small width and thin. A strong phone. Charging average, depending how often used mine sometimes every 3days then sometimes it can be 5 days.

All functions work but the screen which is obviously a replaced part was not installed correctly since dust was getting into the camera. The screen also self-destructed after a year of usage - cracked from the inside. Still works just fine though.Everything else is as expected of a refurbished product. Battery seems to have been replaced also.

I do not want to leave negative feedback, but I have no choice because I do not know how to contact the vendor. I ordered this mobile; the exterior appears excellent , but it is always hanging and the color is changing from normal to violet. When I open an application, it appears okay, but after a few seconds, it displays half of the application. If I could post a video here I will definitely post it.

I received the product and it seemed fine at first but on the 21st day the screen started flickering and went completely white and the bottom of the screen gets untouchably hot. Furthermore, the return window is only 15 days as opposed to the usual 30... overall dreadful experience
