I’m looking for a tool to snap off the end of an eye glass screw. Would one of these be small enough for that?

No, you'd better choose a mini plier for that project. B019MDJZH4 is the ASIN of WORKPRO's mini pliers set.

Does this set come with a case to hold the pliers?

Dear EdgarThe pliers set is packed by a carton case with Logo Workpro. Thanks

As most of national brand, it’s made in China with high quality

Do these tools come with a warrenty?

I never questioned the fact of a warranty. The price alone was so inexpensive for that many tools, I did not check.
