What are the dimensions of the strainer for this teapot? Would it be large enough to hold 6 teaspoons of tea and let it unwind?

Yes! As you can see on the pictures, we built it in a way that people prefering strong tea flavor can add a good amount of tea in the strainer. Have a look at the pictures taken from above, you'll notice how wide the strainer is. It is also quite deep.

Can you use on a direct campfire? I plan to use it as my camping teapot where often I’m putting it on the direct flames toward the outer rim

Most enamel lined cookware is not going to like being placed on very hot flames - this is why lodge cast iron stuff for camping is not enamel lined, but they make home use stuff that is. If you're just hanging it over the fire or on a grate over the fire, it will likely be fine, but if you're going to put something very close to a campfire or into the coals, get something without an enamel lining that's just raw cast iron. This will likely also burn off the exterior paint - this kind of teapot isn't meant for flames licking around the sides, just a medium stove at most.

What’s the minimum amount of water needed to prepare the tea? How deep is the filter infuser?

The infuser is approximately 2.5" deep. It is hard to see how much water is in the kettle when pouring. I fill my stove top tea kettle about halfway and that covers the tea leaves.
