For the purpose of determining if Garlic/Garlic supplements are beneficial in reducing high blood pressure. I’ve found the following through some research and personal experimentation. 
First I tried a regime of taking raw garlic for 7 days. After only a few days my Blood pressure dropped considerably(140/70 down to 121/60). But keep in mind I also started taking a fish oil and a Turmeric supplement. I also stay fit 7 days a week with cardio 5 days a week. 
Downside to eating raw garlic. No one wanted to be around me! And eating raw garlic daily was brutal! I tried letting it sit and coating it in raw honey, Still brutal! 
To achieve the aforementioned with a supplement like this product It took 4 months of it daily. So a product can contain Allicin but the amount is small. When you crush a clove of garlic, that immediate odor is Allicin. Unfortunately, Allicin is unstable and it dissipates rapidly. Try researching products that contain “Stabilized Allicin.” 
Additionally, a better question about these products would be. Where are they made, produced, sourced?? Would you trust the product if the garlic was sourced in say... China!

Are these non-GMO?  They contain soy oil, which is typically GMO, unless stated otherwise.

Why are so many reviews by customers who received product at a discount?  personally, i think it devalues reviews.  thoughts? am i wrong?

I seldom provide product reviews but have on products I felt to be exceptional. I've also written reviews on products that were not acceptable. 
I've used AMZ for over ten years Online. I feel AMAZON treats customers with respect and promptly settles customer complaints.

I can say that I purchased this product at regular price and experienced the benefits before being afforded a 10 Percent discount with my next purchase. My blood pressure went down dramatically using this product. It's very easy to take one pill two times a day and they are effective. I have since researched and am now using "Black Garlic" which I would have never knew about until using and loving this particular product from this particular company. I hope this answers your question.
