My lash will droop if I don't use waterproof mascara, has anyone who has this same problem gotten this mascara and had it work for them?

Yes, me too… as though the curling did absolute no good at all?!! Waterproof mascara is the only thing that won’t weigh down lashes, making the curl flatten.

And this mascara has tubing formula?
