Surprisingly well made (even can see well polished over welding points/surfaces; could be a risk point for heavy duty machinery, but not for this intended use). Surprisingly versatile. I'm old "judo hand" (2nd dan ranking). After 30 years break I found a nice team and coach graceful enough to let me take a part in a session. On the second session I just teared both of my triceps from my own effort (I am really "old hand"). It heald but I understand that my active practice time is over. So, I looked for sollo training options. And saw this. Price is low to be disposable and I gave it a try. It is excellent arm training with symetrical effort load to guarantee no injuries. Workload for armes with angels and movement that hard to get without active partner otherwise. Highly recommended.

smaller than expected but for the price its decent, it does have a decent weight to it too, ill probably find a book or so on how to use it better but it does the job for training.

Feels very sturdy and though there’s a slight edge from buying used, it hasn’t bent on me yet 👍. Really great for stretching; can put your wrists through it while maintaining stances and hand position and can grab onto the sides and either squeeze or pull apart while doing trunk twists and various moves. And after practice for a while, try doing the moves without it to REALLY feel the muscle memory. Really really great stretch for the upper body and can fit angles through it for leg lifts/stretching. Super simple but really great

The quality is excellent, and it is well balanced. I’m still working out with this and I have only had it for about 3 months. It seems to be very durable. This is a good buy.
