Don't eat on a work day
Ok I bought this with the hope that it'd be a good replacement for Jello Sugar Free. For some reason sugar free Jello is expensive. Whatever.Note 1: this has almost no flavor. The lime SMELLS like pinesol but still had almost no flavor.Note 2: You will spend much time in the bathroom. I made the mistake of having two servings and thought I was gonna die. My mom is on medications that cause the opposite problem and she thought the flavor was ok so I gave her what I had made. She had a serving and also spent some time in the bathroom.

Preparation notes and do NOT use for colonoscopy!!!
Since aspartame causes me joint pain, I love that there is a low calorie/low carb alternative for diabetics. The directions say to stir for 1 minute; I would HIGHLY suggest that you stir much longer than that. I actually stir for 5 minutes, since the first time I prepared it stirring one minute, I could taste/feel "grit." Also, do NOT use for colon cleanse preparation! The fiber causes "sediment" which didn't seem to bother my doctor and he proceeded with the procedure anyway. Other doctors may not be so accepting.

Nice Find!
First time trying this gelatin. I don't eat pork and I stick to keto and I've tried some other brands of gelatin but they didn't really firm up like the regular (jell-o) brand. This did! Has nice flavor and really sets firm. So glad to have found this stuff! Very pleased with the purchase.

Flavorful
So easy to make, 2 cups of water heated for 2 minutes in the microwave, even with the mixture in it. Use a hand beater for a full 2 minutes and put it in the fridge. I got 2 of lime, strawberry and orange, that's how it comes (1 packet per box in the case) . For something made to be healthy I absolutely love this jello.

Yay for a diabetic-friendly dessert.
My diabetic husband has a bad reaction to aspartame, so I was happy to find an aspartame-free sugarless dessert for him. He likes the flavors very much and has no adverse reactions to these. He says he can't tell a difference in taste between these and the sugary varieties, although I certainly can. They do seem to take a little longer to gel than the supermarket brands, so I prepare them a day in advance.

since we discovered Better Bowls Sugar Free Gelatin
My husband is diabetic, so dessert is not an option in most cases. However, since we discovered Better Bowls Sugar Free Gelatin, he can enjoy his dessert every day and not have to worry. And it is sweetened with Sucrolose instead of Aspertame (harmful!), as other sugar free gelatins are. It is naturally flavored and colored - no chemicals! Also, the fiber is equal to the carbohydrates, which makes it a "free food"!

Yup, it's good
Having recently returned to a carb-restricted diet, and needing to avoid Equal which gives me heart arrhythmia, I was thrilled to find this sucralose-sweetened sugar-free jello. Like many artificially-sweetened products, there's a bit of an aftertaste, but not much. Topped with a little cream or whipped cream, it makes a refreshing dessert :-) . Thanks, Better Bowls.

Quick Set
I can't add much to the other reviews. This is a very good product. I was going to add a list of ingredients, but I see Amazon has added this since I bought it. About the only thing I can add is that the quick set method works just fine. This stuff dissolves almost instantly in only 1C of boiling water. Then just add 1C of ice cubes and water and stir until the ice melts. This will set much faster in the fridge. You can also use 4 small juice glasses instead of a bowl, which will help it set even faster and helps with portion control. I don't know about others, but if I make this in a bowl, it usually only makes 2 servings (or maybe only one). But if I have 4 small servings already separated, they usually last for 4 servings, which does save money as this is a bit expensive, but well worth the cost.
