Holy basil (sometimes called hot basil) is a variety of basil that has been cultivated for several thousand years. It is characterized by a bold and peppery flavor. Instructions: boil 1-teaspoon dry curry leaves in 2 cups water for 5 minutes. Holy basil is used for tea as well as many Cambodian dishes.

Overpriced - just buy some seeds and grow your own.
Tastes OK. I'm not sure what "intoxicating" effect it is supposed to have - I certainly didn't notice anything. I'm also not sure why it's called "hot" as it is not spicy at all.Pretty pricy for a dried basil variety that is very easy to grow.
