Noisy, and not the fan either!
The media could not be loaded. I don't know if anyone else has found this, but mine arrived today, set it up (as in picture) and when on it buzzes really loudly, not the fan noise you would expect, more of an electrical buzz. The really weird thing is that when you turn it off via the remote, the buzzing and fans go into overdrive!!!The remote doesn't turn it off completely, so you still need the light to be accessible.I've tweeted at Neewer to see if this buzz is normal, but I need to rectify the problem as it makes recording video a bit challenging. It may be getting returned which is very very awkward :(I may look into trying to contact the seller to see if they've found this issue with others. I'll update this review if anything changes.

Great product, i dont use it for photography, but to illuminate an area whilst working on it and, it does the job fantasticlly.
