Can anyone tell me why the instructions say to only use the serum 2-3 times per week? I wrote to customer service 4 days ago with no response.

I really don't know except to assume since it is a serum they don't want anyone to possibly over use it since serums can sometimes be harsh on the skin. I can say it does nothing to me my skin even if I used it every day.

I plan to use the this brand serum, eye cream and might moisturizer. Is that going to be too harsh? Or, do you think I should get a non-venom serum?

I've used their serum for a long time and I love it! I'm sure the moisturizer would be great too. If I were you I would try a different eye cream though. I'd be a little nervous putting a bee benom near my eyes.

Use it by rubbing on skin

Yes, you rub it on the skin, but I was not happy with this product at all. I saw no benefits after using almost the whole bittle.

What is the UMF for this product?

Turns out it's not a gimmick.

I thought I'd give this a go just to see if there was anything to the hype around bee venom products and I would definitely say there's something to it! Aside from my face I put some on a particularly nasty dermatitis flare up and overnight there was a dramatic improvement overnight. I do find it takes a good 30mins for my skin to soak it up but when it does it doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or sticky.
