This spy recorder is very useful and easy to use. The sound quality is very clear and it records even small conversations without disturbance. The battery backup is good and the device is compact, so it is easy to carry anywhere. Perfect for meetings, personal recordings. Highly recommended. Good product but non-existent tech support. I would avoid them based on the tech support experience
Product is useful and the voice clarity is pretty good. I had an issue with the software when I tried to use it. For voice activated recording you need to make some changes to a text file. That file was missing. Also missing was the encryption file. I approached the vendor theough Amazon and even through their WhatsApp support - very poor experience. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for their response and it’s been over 24 hours.
