I purchase a lot of early childhood toys, games, and puzzles. This puzzle is very well made, and every game/ puzzle by this brand is durable and well made. I would purchase any game or puzzle made by Smartmax and know I would be getting exactly what is advertised.

what material does the cubes made of?

I believe plastic. I'm not sure since it was a gift and I didn't open the box.
